Taonga Stories & Privacy
All taonga I carve will be featured on my website with their accompanying stories. Personal information and names will only be included upon request. By default, these taonga and their stories may also be shared on my social media platforms. If you prefer not to have your taonga or its story posted, please inform me promptly.
Shipping and Postage
Shipping costs are additional to the price of the taonga advertised or discussed.
All pounamu are securely and safely packed for shipping, with packaging appropriate to the size and shape of the taonga.
Tracking details are typically provided when your order is shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact me. It is your responsibility to monitor the shipment and notify me of any delays or issues so we can work together to resolve them.
International shipping is handled by DHL, though other reasonable requests will be considered. All import duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. It is up to the buyer to research and settle any applicable charges with the relevant authorities.
Shipping is at the buyer’s risk. If you would like your item insured during shipping, this is available at an additional cost. Please contact me for a quote, as costs vary depending on the destination and value of the item.
If you have specific shipping preferences or requirements, feel free to ask. There are often different options available for international shipping.
While delays, damage, or lost items during shipping are possible, I will always assist in tracking the package and finding a suitable solution. Although shipping is undertaken at your risk, in the unlikely event that a taonga is lost or damaged, I will do what I can to help resolve the situation.

Returns
Customer satisfaction is important. If you are not completely happy with your taonga, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it. You will need to cover the return shipping costs. A full refund can be issued minus any transaction fees incurred during payment processing.
If you have changed your mind about a taonga, you may opt for store credit instead of a refund. In this case, you will only need to cover the return shipping cost.
