Description
Manawa Kākāriki — Green Heart — is a unique Kawakawa Pounamu ring. The 16mm triangular cabochon was carved from deep green Kawakawa stone and polished to a smooth, flowing form. It’s set in handcrafted sterling silver by M.V.H Jewellery using the lost wax casting method, a technique dating back thousands of years. The organic silverwork wraps around the Pounamu like vines or veins, with three claw-like prongs securing the stone visually and symbolically.
The triangle shape speaks to balance and connection, and the ring itself is a statement piece full of presence and meaning. A rare fusion of stone and metal, tradition and innovation.
