This Toki has been carved from dark, almost black Serpentine Pounamu, giving it a bold and powerful presence. At 75mm long, it has a strong vertical form that sits confidently on the chest. The surface is smooth and polished, allowing the depth of the stone to show through.
Within the darker body of the stone are small green gem-like inclusions. They are subtle, only revealing themselves when the light hits at the right angle. These natural variations give the piece individuality and depth, reminding you that even in darker stone there is life and colour within.
