Shipping and Postage
Postage cost in New Zealand is included in the price of all commissions.
Postage cost in New Zealand for most products in my shop is included in the price unless specifically stated.
International shipping costs are calculated for each situation and is on top of the purchase price.
Usually International shipping arrives within 3 working weeks. We have no control on this though.
While delays, damaged, or lost items in the post are a possibility, I will always work with you to trace and track a package and seek to find a good solution. Postage is undertaken at your risk, however in the unlikely event of a taonga being lost or damaged I will do what I can to remedy the situation.
Pick Up Available
You can pick up from my workshop in Christchurch New Zealand. Please get in touch if you are interested in this.
Payment
Payment must be made in full before receiving any items.
Bank transfers in New Zealand is the preferrable method for payment. Referencing your Name and the item you are paying for.
PayPal is the preferred payment method for international transactions.
For commissions a 50% deposit needs to be received before work will begin. The rest is required before pick up or postage.
Returns
Happy customers are important. If you are not 100% satisfied for whatever reason you can return your taonga withing 30 days of receiving it. You will need to cover the return post though and any transaction fees incurred through payment processing.
Using credit is an option if you have changed your mind about a taonga, again just pay for the shipping.
